PRESIDENT'S WEEKLY SPARK
Reflection: Our FIRST Board of Director’s Meeting and Conference of the Term
Coming off our first Board of Directors meeting and conference of the term, I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of this team. Every detail—from the program and speakers to the workshops, vendors, and fundraising efforts—came together in such a meaningful way, but what truly made the weekend special was the energy and participation of each of you who attended.
I especially hope our sisters in the northern part of the state felt seen, valued, and included—it was important to us that this weekend reflected all corners of California. A heartfelt thank you to Redding RWF for being such a wonderful host club, and to Regions 1 and 2 for stepping up in so many ways to support the weekend.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this conference such a memorable and impactful experience!!!
PRO TIP: Don’t skip the underlined text! Each link opens the door to valuable resources, connections across our Federation, and simple next steps to help you take action.
SPARK in Practice: Leadership becomes easier when responsibilities are shared. Look for small ways to involve more members in helping with projects or events.
CRP Convention Coming to San Diego in April
As we prepare for the California Republican Party Convention (April 10–12), we’re looking forward to connecting with members from across the state. To help us plan and ensure a strong presence, we’ve created a short survey.
Whether you’re attending as a delegate or just stopping by, we’d love to know—and if you’re open to spending a little time at our table, you can let us know there too. You can also email Bibi by clicking on her name above to let her know you plan to be at the convention and if you can help us at our table!
As we reflect on the momentum from our conference membership workshop, one key takeaway stands out—growth is a team effort, and every step in the process matters!
To ensure every member is fully counted at the national level, our membership challenge deadline has been adjusted to June 26. This allows time for both required pieces—your club’s per capita report and payment—to be received and processed.
From signing up members at meetings, to submitting reports, to ensuring payment is sent, each role plays a critical part in getting members officially recorded by NFRW. This small shift helps protect all your hard work and ensures every new and renewing member is recognized.
Let’s keep building on the energy from our workshop and finish strong—every member truly counts.
Newly Adopted Resolution
We were proud to adopt a statewide resolution at our conference calling on every club and member to strengthen Republican participation at every stage of California’s election process.
From voter registration and ballot education to early voting and election integrity efforts, this is our moment to lead. The path forward is clear—engage, educate, and mobilize.
Let’s take this momentum back to our clubs, activate our communities, and ensure Republican voices are heard in every election, at every level. Please read the entire reolution below.
From Resolution to Action
As we look across the landscape of California this week, momentum continues to build heading into the California Republican Party Convention, with important conversations shaping around the future of our state—from education and public safety to affordability and energy.
What stands out most is the increasing importance of strong grassroots engagement at every level. The work happening in our local clubs is more relevant than ever, as it directly fuels the broader efforts we’ll see on display at convention and beyond.
This is a powerful reminder that the strength of our organization starts with each of you—your leadership, your involvement, and your commitment to growing and activating our membership across California.
