MEMBERSHIP

In 2025, my goal for CFRW is to have over 7,000 members. I know every single one of you can help make this happen. There are a lot of people in your town, regardless of where you live, that do not know the California Federation of Republican Women exist. As Federated Clubs, please reach out to your community. Sign-up to use CFRW’s access to the RNC data base to receive emails and addresses of high propensity women voters in your community. Promote your club. Hold Coffee Hours, Cocktails for Conservative, Book Clubs or some other type of gathering other than your club meetings. Federated Clubs that hold additional gatherings (whether they be monthly or quarterly) have been very successful in growing their membership. Educate your current and future members that they are a member of the California Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of  Republican Women. Together, let’s grow CFRW’s membership to be, once again, the largest Federation in the country.

2025 IS CFRW’S CENTENNIAL YEAR

100 years ago, the California Federation’s foundation was built. That foundation was built on bylaws and goals. We are still using the same foundation, and it is the reason for our longevity and endurance. It is not an easy task for any organization to last 100 years. The California Federation of Republican Women is now an historic institution. Our members are strong Republican women dedicated to the love of freedom and country who work hard to maintain our values and principals. CFRW members can and do make a difference. Let’s promise each other that we will work together towards our common goal of getting Republicans elected. Let’s celebrate the dedication and hard work from CFRW members and CFRW’s strong leadership over the last 100 years.

BUDGET

Dear Club Presidents, all three CFRW Conferences and Board of Directors Meetings in 2024 have been educational, fun and extremely successful. In 2025, please allocate money in your club budget to send your club president to these state level meetings (this is in your club bylaws) and budget money to help your members attend state level conferences too. By attending these meetings, you and your members will learn and understand more about the organization to which you belong and the value of belonging to a state and national organization. You will be educated and receive a treasure of information from CFRW, informative speakers, educational workshops and other Federated club members throughout the state, to take back and share with your members. You will see how CFRW elects its  leaders and gain a better understanding of what is involved in running this great organization. By attending state level meetings, club presidents and club members will obtain information to better run their clubs and engage their club members.

NEWSLETTER

Please, advise your members to open and read CFRW Newsletters and to open all CFRW communications they receive via MailChimp. We are sending important information to share with all of our members. If members do not have the time to read what has been sent to them, please do not unsubscribe. Members have the option of not opening an email or just deleting it. When you “unsubscribe” from MailChimp, it is permanent. This means you will no longer receive any communications from CFRW.

PRESIDENT AND PAST PRESIDENT PINS AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE

Last but not least, The store is open on the CaFRW.org website. President and Past President Pins are available to purchase. The new pins are  beautiful and are larger. Order in advance and the pin(s) will be shipped to your home. The $14 cost on the website includes shipping and handling.

CFRW is the largest organization of Republican women in California and, in 2025, will have existed for 100 years in what is now a very blue state. Great job, everyone.
